1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items purchased from AirFrostNie Electronics within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order confirmation or receipt (electronic or printed) to process the return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Opened or used software
    • Personalized or custom products
    • Gift cards or vouchers
    • Digital products, including downloads and subscriptions

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: After contacting our customer service team, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack the Product: Ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and documents included.
  4. Ship the Product: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order, or other personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • AirFrostNie Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a return label at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If your return is approved, the full purchase price (excluding any shipping fees) will be refunded. Refunds are processed in USD.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, color, or size, we recommend that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. Please contact our customer service team for more details on how to process an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

7. Late Returns

If the return period has passed (30 days), we are unable to process your return or offer a refund. We encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon receipt to ensure that everything is as expected.

8. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied for returns on opened or non-defective products. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Restocking fees typically apply to high-value items, such as large electronics or accessories that have been opened.
